These Terms of Service govern your use of dachecker.io and all related tools ("Service") operated by dachecker.io ("we" or "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use dachecker.io. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
dachecker.io provides bulk SEO metric tools including Domain Authority (DA), Domain Rating (DR), Trust Flow (TF), and a combined DA+DR+TF checker. Metrics are pulled in real time from third-party data providers (Moz, Ahrefs, Majestic via RapidAPI) and are for informational purposes only.
We can modify, pause, or shut down any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any impact this has on you or your work.
You can use some tools as a guest with a limited daily quota. Creating a free account gives you more checks per day. Paid plans unlock higher monthly limits as shown on the Pricing page.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything done under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us straight away.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or show signs of fraud.
Paid plans are priced as shown on our Pricing page. All prices are in USD.
Merchant of Record. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who is the legal seller for all transactions. Your bank or card statement will show a charge from PADDLE.NET, not from dachecker.io. By buying a subscription you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at paddle.com.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Tax. Paddle calculates and pays VAT, GST, and other applicable taxes based on your billing location.
Changing plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades kick in immediately. Downgrades start from your next billing cycle. No partial refunds for mid-cycle downgrades.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@dachecker.io or through your account page. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused days unless required by law.

Each plan includes a monthly check limit as described on the Pricing page. Unused checks do not roll over. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to exceed your plan limits. We can throttle or suspend accounts that try to get around rate limits.
You agree not to use the Service to:
DA, DR, TF, and PA scores are estimates from third-party APIs. We do not own Moz, Ahrefs, or Majestic data. Metrics depend on each provider's own update schedule, and we cannot guarantee they are always current or correct. Use them as a reference, not as a definitive source for business decisions.
All content, code, branding, and design on dachecker.io belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.
Any domain lists or data you input remain yours. You give us a limited licence to process that data only to run the Service for you.
The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data, even if we knew such damage was possible.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If your use of the Service causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our legal costs and any resulting damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
We may update these Terms. We will email registered users at least 14 days before major changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
